UniFi Aguinaldo Challenge Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promotion is operated by Alio Financial, Inc. DBA UniFi, a U.S.-based financial technology company ("UniFi").

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from January 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) to January 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT). All qualifying actions must occur within this window.

3. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid UniFi account in good standing
• Be a legal resident of a country where UniFi operates with regular or additional monitoring (classified as "Not High Risk" or "Restricted" on our Supported Countries list)

The following individuals are not eligible:

• Employees, officers, and contractors of UniFi
• Immediate family members of such individuals
• Anyone involved in administering or supporting the Promotion

UniFi may require proof of eligibility.

4. How to Earn Parols (Entries)

Participants earn Parols ("Entries") by completing qualifying actions within the UniFi app. Parols have no cash value outside this Promotion.

4.1 One-Time Parols (Earn Once)

• Open a UniFi account: 1 Parol
• Fund your account with at least $20 USD / ₱1,000 PHP: 1 Parol

4.2 Repeatable Parols (Earn Every Time)

Parols earned outside the Promotion Period do not count.

4.3 Invalid or Reversed Actions

UniFi may revoke Parols earned through:

• Cancelled, refunded, or reversed transactions
• Fraudulent, artificial, or non-genuine activity
• Self-directed actions meant solely to accumulate Parols

UniFi’s determination is final.

5. Prizes

At the end of the Promotion Period, UniFi will award the following prizes:

• Grand Prize (1 winner): ₱100,000 (~$1,700 USD)
• Minor Prizes (100 winners): ₱1,000 each (~$17 USD)
• Weekly "Bonus Panalo" Prizes: ₱500 cash prizes awarded weekly

Prizes will be credited to the winner’s UniFi account unless otherwise noted.

5.1 Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or government fees applicable in their local jurisdiction.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible Parols.
• Draws will occur on or after January 5, 2026 (subject to change).
• Winners will be notified by email and/or in-app message.
• Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, UniFi may select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners consent to UniFi using their first name, last initial, and country for winner announcements or promotional use, unless prohibited by law. UniFi will never publish full personal details without explicit permission.

8. Limitations of Liability

UniFi is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, outages, or delays
• Lost, late, or misdirected notifications
• Fraudulent participation
• Errors in data submission or transmission

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniFi’s liability is limited to the value of the highest available prize.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected during the Promotion will be used solely for:

• Administering the Promotion
• Contacting winners
• Verifying eligibility

10. Changes, Suspension, or Termination

UniFi reserves the right to:

• Modify or extend the Promotion
• Update these Terms
• Suspend or cancel the Promotion
• Disqualify participants for violations or suspicious activity

Any changes will be communicated via the UniFi app and/or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
