Why Is My Recent Deposit Not Yet Available to Send or Withdraw?
After making a bank deposit, you may notice that the funds appear in your account balance before they are fully available to send or withdraw. This is normal and part of how we keep your account safe.
What is happening?
When a bank deposit arrives, we may place a temporary security hold while we complete a short review. During this time, the deposit will show in your balance, but it will not yet be available to transfer out or withdraw.
These reviews help protect customers and the platform from unauthorized bank activity.
Your funds are safe. The hold is temporary and does not affect the deposit itself.
Why was my deposit held?
Temporary holds are more likely to apply to newer accounts or accounts with recent deposit activity. As your account builds more history, these holds should become less frequent.
How long does it take?
These holds are temporary and usually clear within a few days. We don't have an exact time we can provide, but availability will update automatically once the review is complete. No action is needed on your part.
