USDC

Every UniFi account includes a USDC address, giving you a fast, simple way to send and receive digital dollars. USDC payments arrive instantly and appear directly in your USD balance.

USDC is completely optional. You don't need to know anything about crypto to use UniFi—but if you or your clients prefer USDC, it's built right in.

What is USDC?

USDC (USD Coin) is a digital version of the U.S. dollar that moves instantly on modern payment networks. It's fully backed 1:1 by U.S. dollars, so 1 USDC always equals 1 USD.

When someone sends USDC to your UniFi address, it's automatically added to your USD balance—just like a regular payment.

Receiving USDC

Every UniFi account has its own USDC deposit address. To receive a payment:

  1. Open the UniFi app
  2. Tap on your account
  3. Tap Account Details
  4. Switch to the USDC tab
  5. Share your QR code or USDC address with the sender

Your sender can send USDC from any major wallet or exchange—including Coinbase, Kraken, or Binance—and the funds appear in your account within seconds.

Sending USDC

You can also send USDC from your UniFi account to any external wallet:

  1. From the dashboard, tap Move money
  2. Choose Send money to someone else
  3. Select Send to crypto wallet
  4. Enter the recipient's USDC address
  5. Enter the amount and confirm

A 1.5% fee applies when sending USDC to an external wallet.

Why use USDC?

  • Instant settlement — Payments arrive in seconds, not days
  • Low-cost transfers — Skip wire costs and intermediaries
  • Global reach — Works from anywhere in the world
  • Simple UX — Automatically appears in your USD balance
