Send Money

UniFi makes it easy to send money to family and friends. With no fees, real mid-market exchange rates, and near-instant delivery, you always know exactly what your recipient will receive.

How it works

  1. Choose your recipient — Select someone from your contacts or add a new recipient
  2. Enter the amount — Choose how much to send in USD or the local currency
  3. Review the transfer — See the exchange rate and exactly what your recipient will receive
  4. Send — Confirm and your money is on its way

Most transfers arrive within seconds to minutes.

Where you can send

UniFi supports transfers to:

  • Philippines — Send to any bank or e-wallet (GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and more). Learn more
  • Mexico — Send to any Mexican bank account
  • Europe — Send to any EU bank account via SEPA
  • United States — Send to any U.S. checking or savings account
  • Other UniFi members — Send instantly to any UniFi user

Don't have your recipient's bank details? Send to their email or phone number and let them choose how to receive the money.

Fees and exchange rates

UniFi uses the real mid-market exchange rate with no markup and no fees.

UniFi gives you the same mid-market rate we get. No markup. No fee.

Tracking your transfer

After you send money:

  1. Open the UniFi app
  2. Go to Activity
  3. Tap on your transfer to see its status

You'll also receive emails as your transfer progresses.

Adding recipients

To add a new recipient:

  1. From the dashboard, click the "Move money" button
  2. Choose "Send money to someone else"
  3. Click New recipient
  4. Choose how they'll receive the money (Philippines, UniFi, bank account, or crypto wallet)
  5. Enter their details (name, bank account, phone number, etc.)
  6. Save the recipient for future transfers

Once you add a recipient, they will be automatically saved to your recipients list to make future transfers even faster—just select them from your list and enter the amount.
